Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Golf Pulse Overlays ("the Service") at overlays.golfpulse.app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Golf Pulse Overlays is a web-based tool that generates transparent PNG scorecard and shot overlays for golf video content. The Service allows you to enter golf round data, customise overlay themes, and export overlay images as a ZIP file.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Free and paid plans

  • Free tier: Every account receives 2 free overlay ZIP downloads.
  • Pro plans: Paid subscriptions provide unlimited downloads for the duration of the subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service excessively
  • Resell or redistribute the Service itself (exported overlays are yours to use freely)

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Golf Pulse Overlays. The overlay images you generate using your own data are yours to use freely in your content, including commercial use (YouTube videos, social media, etc.) without attribution.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
